Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. By using the Aether platform and marketplace you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Aether provides real-estate operations software and an online marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, agencies, developers and investors. Aether facilitates introductions; it is not a party to any property transaction and is not a real-estate agent, broker, lawyer or financial adviser unless expressly stated.

2. Listings & accuracy

Listing information is provided by agencies and owners. While we take reasonable care, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legal status, planning information or availability of any listing. Buyers must carry out their own due diligence and obtain independent professional advice.

3. Communication & anonymity

Buyer enquiries are routed through Aether. Owner contact details are not shared publicly and are only exchanged with consent. You agree not to attempt to circumvent this process or to use contact data for unsolicited marketing.

4. Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate information and only list property you are entitled to list.
  • No fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or spam activity.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of other users’ data.

5. Fees

Some features are paid (e.g. subscriptions, featured listings, qualified-lead fees, valuation reports). Applicable fees, taxes and billing terms are shown before purchase.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of buyers, sellers, agencies or third-party service providers. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or unlawful use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.
