  • Account data (agency users): name, work email, role.
  • Buyer/enquiry data: name, email, phone, budget, timeline, financing preference, and the message you submit when expressing interest or posting a request.
  • Property data: details of listings, including owner contact information supplied by agencies (never shown publicly).
  • Technical data: essential cookies and standard server logs.

3. Why we use it (purposes & legal basis)

  • To operate the platform and match buyers with properties — legitimate interest / performance of a contract.
  • To contact you about enquiries, requests and matching listings — consent (given when you submit a form) and/or legitimate interest.
  • To keep the service secure and comply with law — legal obligation / legitimate interest.

4. Owner privacy

Property owners’ contact details are never displayed publicly on the marketplace. Communication between buyers and owners is mediated by Aether; contact details are only exchanged with consent.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: the relevant agency/agent handling your enquiry; service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, email delivery) under contract; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact [email]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus).

8. International transfers
